Dilli Bhattarai is a strong community advocate of the Hercules Hub (train, bus & ferry at the waterfront) and the WestCAT bus service, which is adding zero-emission buses to its fleet. Dill streve to improve transportation for Herculeans and the broader region. Currently, he serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Hercules.
